Umm.... last i checked this was not the big comfy couch close your damn legs!
This is public transportation. Other people have to sit on those seats.

Before you decide to be trife ask yourself....what would i say if someone else was doing the same thing?

My mother said i am going to drive my self crazy putting so much energy into every little thing.
I like to think of myself as a passionate person [i will admit i occasionally get carried away...occasionally].

We tend to forget that passion goes more than one way. it is not just love. There can be passion in any emotion we are capable of feeling.

Should we deny passion to preserve any sanity we may or may not have, or take the passion as an honest reaction to life?

why deny what you feel? Denial only hastens insanity....

even more pathetic— getting carded at a corner store while trying to buy dayquil. i know i look young but damn. it's just dayquil

Amelia is here!

She came to visit me from Philly and i am soooo happy she is here.
Its freezing (literally), but we have still been out the house everyday since she got here on Wednesday night.

we:

• lost a cell phone
• found a cell phone
• spent hours on the trains and buses
  
• ate Indian food
• shopped
• took pictures
• ate cinnamon buns (mmmm...)
• saw Avatar with DD
• spent an HOUR walking around a parking lot looking for a grey jeep grand cherokee....
• it snowed
• we froze
• we laughed
• i'm gonna cry when she leaves ='(

it has been really nice having a good (crazy for coming to Chicago in January) friend coming to stay with me for a while. I really need a friend from home so i can ease back into school. break was fun and stressful all at once. im soooooo happy to be back in Chicago. As much as i love Philly there are somethings i just needed to be away from for a while.

Happy New Year!
i'm back in Chitown and its freeezing.

This is my first time living away from my parents and sister.
'09 as a whole has been an interesting year.

• Obama was inaugurated—my president is black
• i graduated from Central High
• i went to my best friends' graduation
• i went on my prom with one of my best friends
• i turned 18
• Got my nose pierced
• Bought my first camera
• Michael Jackson died
  
• Jocey got her license
• i practically lived with her
• Got really sick
• Got into DePaul
• Stayed up till 5am at least twice a week doing homework
• met some really great people
• got lost
• wrote more than i ever have
• finished my first quarter at DePaul

'09 was pretty good—i just hope 2010 is better and i can be happier than i was in 2009
